Chad McCumbee, The 24 year old Supply, N.C. -native has been racing since he was 10 years old. Chad McCumbee has won state and national World Karting Association races, Allison Legacy regional and national championships throughout 2001 and 2002. He was the youngest late model winner at Myrtle Beach Speedway, and won a Bud Pole in the ARCA RE/MAX Series in 2005, finishing fourth in the series points.
In 2006 racing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Seties, Chad finished runner up for rookie of the year and along the way Chad captured 9 top 15 finishes as well as 3 top 10 finishes. In 2007 Chad won 2 ARCA race events at Pocono and Nashville, and also saw his first action in the Sprint cup series driving the #45 car for Petty Enterprises. In the trcuk series Chad ran very strong and nealy won his first NCTS race at Texas in the fall.
2008 produced 8 top 10 finishes in the Truck series and Chad gained more experience behind the wheel of the #45 car for Petty Enterprises, driving in 7 races.
