Ever lose your car in a parking lot? Forget the way to it when you are out for a day in the woods? The Bushnell Backtrack solves those problems by allowing you to mark up to three waypoints for a day’s use, so you can find your way back to them. Simply stand next to the point you wish to mark and allow the unit to acquire and mark the location, then when you need to return select the icon you used to mark the location and follow the indicator to back, it will display the distance as you go. It is really a self calibrating digital compass but we aren’t going use such a technical term.
