Chad McCumbee Looks to Dover For Solid Outing.

theGPSstore.com / Garmin Chevy Team Is Ready For the Monster Mile

The stretch of racing continues on this week as the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series heads to Dover International Speedway, also known as the 'Monster Mile'. And Chad McCumbee and the No. 08 theGPSstore.com / Garmin Chevrolet are ready to take it on.

"We are taking a brand new theGPSstore.com / Garmin truck to Dover," said McCumbee. "I think that we should be pretty good. Dover is the style of track that I like. We have some good momentum going into it and I would love to be able to build off of it."

In 2006 Chad was able to bring home a solid top-25 finish in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event at the Monster Mile. Now, the momentum is high for the team after their solid top-15 finish at Mansfield, and McCumbee and his team hope that it all adds up this weekend at Dover.

"We have been running good all year long," added McCumbee. "I think that Dover should be a good track for us. All the guys are really excited about it. It will be my last race before I make my Nextel Cup debut at Pocono so hopefully we can run up front and make sure to leave it on a good note. It would be pretty awesome to be able to bring home our first win at Dover."

The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series will be back in action this Friday June 1st at Dover International Speedway.
