The GPS Store, Inc. Return Policy

Our goal is your satisfaction; therefore we offer the following return policy.

You can return any new and unopened product to us for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping, as long as it is received at our warehouse within 30 days from the original date of sale. If your order was shipped to you for free, there will be $10. deducted from your refund.

Any item which proves to be defective within the first 30 days from the date of sale will be replaced to you at no charge, provided you first ship the defective item back to our warehouse postage paid. After 30 days, the manufacturers warranty applies please contact the appropriate Manufacturer for instructions.

We offer FREE return shipping on exchanges of items over $100. Simply contact us and we will email you a pre-paid UPS return shipping label.

We're sorry but we cannot accept used items for credit or refund.

NOTE: Special orders, opened computer software or videos, electronic charts, AIS Equipment, EPIRB's, PLB's, Liferafts and datacards are not returnable.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of sale.

Special Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed during the holiday season from Nov.1st through Dec.25th, 2014 are subject to our special holiday return policy and returns will be allowed until January 15th, 2015 (return authorization # required, please call 910-575-9544)

How to Return An Item

If you would like to return an item please call us at 910-575-9544 for a Return Authorization Number before sending the item back.

This number MUST be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

The GPS Store reserves the right to charge customers a $20 fee that UPS Charges which include; change of address, return to sender and refused packages.

Returns received without a Return Authorization number will be refused.

Refunds

All Refunds will be made within 7 business days of receiving the item back at our warehouse.
Refunds will only be issued by the same method of payment used on the original order.

Exchanges
