The GPS Store, Inc. Return Policy

Our goal is your satisfaction; therefore we offer the following return policy.

You can return any new and unopened product to us for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping, as long as it is received at our warehouse within 45 days from the original date of sale. Free return shipping does not apply to refunds. If your order was shipped to you for free, there will be $15 per box deducted from your refund. If the shipping box exceeds 48", then the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.   

Any item which proves to be defective within the first 45 days from the date of sale will be replaced to you at no charge, provided you first ship the defective item back to our warehouse postage paid. After 45 days, the manufacturers warranty applies please contact the appropriate Manufacturer for instructions.

We're sorry but we cannot accept used items for credit or refund.

NOTE: Special orders, opened computer software or videos, electronic charts, AIS Equipment, EPIRB's, PLB's, Liferafts, Satellite Communicators and datacards are not returnable.

Returns will not be accepted or refunded after 45 days from the date of sale.

How to Return An Item

If you would like to return an item please call us at 910-575-9544 for a Return Authorization Number before sending the item back.

This number MUST be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

The GPS Store reserves the right to charge customers a $30 fee that Couriers Charge which include; change of address, return to sender and refused packages.

Returns received without a Return Authorization number will be refused, or charged an automatic 20% return fee. This 20% return fee also applies to customer refused shipments.

Refunds

All Refunds will be made within 7 business days of receiving the item back at our warehouse.
Refunds will only be issued by the same method of payment used on the original order.

Exchanges

You may also exchange any new and unopened item within 45 days from the date of sale as well. Please call for a "Return Authorization" number before sending any item back. Please allow up to 2 business day after receipt of the returned item for the new item to ship out.
