High powered at 50W and a narrow 1.8° beam width the Fantom offers exceptional target separation as close as 20' and up to 72nm away, even in fog or rain! Clear and accurate, the fantom displays images in great detail allowing you to even distinguish between large and small targets! Add to that echo trails and you will now see a fading trail on screen which will assist in identifying moving targets and know if they're headed your way. Add a autopilot or heading sensor to your Garmin network and it will then correct the trails based on boat rotation.

There are so many features packed into the Fantom that are sure to beneficial while out on the water. With Auto Bird Gain your Fantom will assist you in locating flocks of birds on the water and we all know that's where your baitfish are likely to be located. Dynamic Auto Gain and Sea Filter settings automatically adjusts to your surroundings and adjusts gain according to ensure maximum performance in all settings. Dual Range with Radar Overlay (Optional Heading sensor or autopilot is recommended for most accurate results) allows you to view both close and long range targets side by side on your chartplotter map page or viewed as a chart overlay. And with MARPA Target tracking you can track up to 10 selected targets allowing you to keep track of other vessels and avoid potential collisions.

Simple to operate and install, the Fantom 54- Black also allows for dual radar support which provides redundancy and allows you to select from one of 2 different radar sources as well as a Guard zone, alerting you if something comes into your dedicated safety zone.
