View 360° Underwater images like never before with the GT360

The Garmin GT360UHD Transducer for Spy Pole is designed to give anglers a complete 360 degree view of the underwater world around their boat. When mounted to a Garmin Spy Pole system (sold separately), this advanced scanning transducer delivers ultra high definition imagery that allows fishermen to see structure, bait, and fish in every direction. For both freshwater and inshore anglers, this means being able to quickly locate productive areas such as brush piles, oyster beds, rock piles, grass edges, and bait schools without constantly repositioning the boat.

At the core of the GT360UHD is Garmin’s OneVü sonar, which produces crisp 360 degree sonar imagery around the boat. Unlike traditional sonar that only shows what is directly beneath the boat, OneVu sonar scans the entire surrounding area and displays it as a clear bird’s eye view on a compatible Garmin chartplotter. Anglers can view this data in both 2D and 3D perspectives, making it easier to understand how fish relate to structure and bottom contour. This wide view is especially valuable for locating bass staging on offshore structure or redfish holding along inshore grass lines and shell beds.

One of the most impressive features of the GT360UHD system is its large scanning coverage area. The transducer can scan and store imagery covering up to a football field sized area in a single power cycle. Garmin’s True Motion technology integrates with GPS to keep the sonar imagery accurately aligned with your real world location. As the boat drifts or moves within the scanned area, the image stays correctly mapped to the structure below, allowing anglers to return to exact targets such as brush piles, rock mounds, oyster bars, or ledges.

The GT360UHD also works seamlessly with compatible Garmin chartplotters, giving anglers full control over their sonar settings directly from the screen. Users can adjust sonar frequencies, change scanning modes, and select color palettes that best highlight fish and structure in different water conditions. This level of control helps anglers fine tune their sonar image whether they are fishing clear freshwater lakes, stained rivers, or coastal estuaries where bottom composition and visibility can vary.

When paired with Garmin LiveScope sonar, (sold separately) the GT360UHD unlocks an enhanced viewing experience that combines scanning and live sonar together. Anglers can overlay LiveScope sonar onto the OneVü imagery to create a 3D style view of the underwater environment. This allows fishermen to see both the static layout of structure and the real time movement of fish at the same time. A beam overlay also shows exactly where the LiveScope transducer is pointed within the 360 degree scan, making it easier to track fish and quickly line up accurate casts.

Garmin also includes multiple scanning modes so anglers can tailor the system to their fishing style. Auto scan mode automatically triggers a new scan when the boat moves to a new location, making it easy to survey fresh water quickly. Manual scan mode allows anglers to initiate scans only when they choose, which is useful for targeting specific areas such as brush piles or docks. Constant scan mode continuously scans the surrounding water to provide constant data updates while the boat is moving. When mounted on a Spy Pole system, the GT360UHD transducer becomes a powerful tool that helps freshwater and inshore anglers clearly see structure, locate fish faster, and make more confident fishing decisions on the water.
