The Prop Shaft Anode is compatible with Lowrance Ghost & Recon (saltwater version)  and Simrad Recon trolling motors and prevents corrosion. The Prop Shaft Anode is a ring-shaped fitting that is installed over the existing propeller nut, on the back of the propeller.
*Anode must be used on Ghost Trolling Motors when using the motor in brackish water. Using a Ghost Trolling Motor in saltwater voids the warranty regardless.
*Anode must be used on Recon Saltwater Trolling Motors.

Note about Ghost Trolling Motors: The anode must be used on Ghost Trolling Motors when using the motor in brackish water. Saltwater use of a Ghost Trolling Motor voids the warranty regardless of if the anode is used.
