Furuno NavPilot Steer By Wire for Seastar Optimus 360
The Furuno NavPilot 300-OPT is a steer by wire system for Optimus 360. The 300 OPT is a complete Nav Pilot 300 System that includes the necessary components, cables and gateways to connect to an existing Optimus 360 Joystick system. This makes installation a breeze by not having to order parts in from multiple sources.
This NavPilot 300 system includes an intuitive, 4.1” color display that is easy to install and offers a variety of user-friendly menus and information in digital or analog modes. With the simple click of a button switch over from Day to Night mode for an enhanced user experience regardless of the situation.
Furuno’s gesture control feature is unique way to steer your boat. With the included remote, a Bluetooth signal is sent from the control device anywhere on the vessel, within 10 meters of the NavPilot system, allowing you to change directions quickly and efficiently. Once you push, hold the button and move the controller in the direction you want to move in, simply release the button and the boat is redirected. Now you can literally point at what you want to drive towards.
The need for a rudder feedback sensor is no longer needed with the release of the revolutionary Fantum Feedback system. (Compatible Heading Sensor Required) The Fantum Feedback is an autopilot system for planing and semi-displacement outboard vessels between 24ft and 50ft in length. With the elimination of a traditional rudder feedback sensor, this makes the installation much simpler and more streamlined.
The built-in Sabiki Mode allows the autopilot to take control while you are drifting astern and is only available on outboard powered vessels. While the Sabiki Mode is engaged, your direction can be held by simply adjusting the throttle and is made to be used particularly when bottom fishing or jigging. Other easily accessible modes are Highway, Auto, Advanced, and Fish Hunter mode.

The Maretron NMEA 2000 T-Connector is a required part when adding components to your NMEA 2k network. It is installed on the backbone cable and uses one end of the T-Piece for the drop cable.
