Garmin Livescope 2 LVS44 - Precision Sonar, Redesigned for Better Performance

The Garmin LiveScope 2 LVS44 is designed for anglers who want to see farther without giving up the real time performance that LiveScope is known for. It produces smoother sonar images with fewer sonar artifacts while extending bottom tracking out to an impressive 250 feet in freshwater. That extra range is a major advantage for anglers fishing deep ledges, offshore brush piles, submerged timber, and open water schools. It is equally valuable for coastal and nearshore fishermen targeting deeper wrecks, reefs, and offshore structure where fish can hold well below the boat.

Like the LVS42HD, the LVS44 features expanded sonar coverage with 165 degrees in Forward Mode and 180 degrees in both Down Mode and Perspective Mode. The wider field of view allows anglers to cover more water with every scan, making it easier to locate fish before they move out of range. Whether you are chasing suspended bass over deep water or searching for Spanish mackerel, cobia, snapper, or other nearshore species, the broader coverage helps you stay on fish with less effort.

Installation is also much simpler than previous LiveScope systems because the LVS44 connects directly to a compatible Garmin chartplotter without requiring a separate black box.
