The performance of the 24” hi visibility monitor comes from the PCTouch (Projected Capacitive Technology ) system that provides the ultimate in response sensitivity for the TZTouch Black Box system, and with its built in Scaler can detect a variety of different screen resolutions, whether it is the TZ Touch System or DVD player, security camera, computer, HDTV receiver or practically any other video source.
The MU240T Multi Touch TFT is an extremely bright active matrix display with LED backlighting for visibility in all lighting conditions experienced on the water or in port. The MU240T Multi Touch Monitor also has 2X DVI, 2X RGB, 3X Composite Video inputs and supports, interlaced HDTV, NTSC, PAL and SECAM video, Composite Video signals. Furuno has even built in to the MU240T the ability to run on both AC and DC power, and when both are connected it will run on AC until it is lost and then there will be an uninterrupted switch to DC power.
