Control your Simrad Autopilot with Ease

The AP48 Autopilot Controller makes using a compatible Simrad Autopilot intuitive. A low profile, optically bonded 4.1” inch glass display heavily illuminates making the display easily viewable in both day and night. A large aluminum rotary dial and dedicated dodge keys allow you to adjust your heading and other features of your autopilot with ease. A Simrad Autopilot Core Pack is required and sold separately.

The Simrad’s AP48 is a separate component that allows for complete interfacing and control of your autopilot. Just add a Core Pack and access automated turn patterns, Drift steering, depth contour tracking and other functions. Whether your fishing or cruising, this Autopilot Controller will allow you to take advantage of all that your autopilot can do for you. No Drift Steering allows you to keep course with ease, depth contour tracking will ensure you find that great fishing hole and automated turn patterns allow you to relax and enjoy the ride.

Set-up is simple and straightforward. Auto Tuning and Calibration make it easy to ensure your AP48 remains accurate. Certified NMEA 2000 connectivity allows integration with Simrad Chartplotter’s and other electronics creating a seamless navigation system throughout your vessel.
